Replacement & Return Policy

We offer a return and replacement policy in the following cases:

  • If a product arrives damaged or faulty, we will replace or fix it free of cost.

  • To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The item must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and returned with proof of purchase.

How to Request a Return

  • Order number

  • Full name

  • Reason for return

Once we receive your request, we will provide return instructions. Do not send any items back before contacting us.

Shipping and Return Instructions

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • We strongly recommend using a tracked service or obtaining proof of postage to avoid lost packages.

  • If the returned product or packaging is damaged due to usage, we reserve the right to deduct an appropriate amount from the refund.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Sale items are non-refundable.

  • Final pieces are not eligible for return or refund.
